By their very nature, our Collaboration and Digital Event services promotes meeting at a distance reducing the environmental impact of corporate travel. We’re also believers in going digital to be more carbon-friendly. All our communications and invoices are electronic.
We’re dedicated to reducing emissions, pollutants, and waste. Take a walk through our offices and you will even notice our living wall of green plants installed to absorb airborne pollutants! Energy efficient lighting, reduced paper use, controlled heating and AC are all ways for us to do our part.
At Redback, we encourage our employees to volunteer their services to charitable organisations and offer them two days per year to work at a charity of their choice. Assisting women to return to the workforce, supporting the training of assistance dogs for the blind, mentoring socially isolated young people and volunteering to run community sports programs are just some of the ways the Redback team gives back to the community.
