Assistance Dogs Australia
Assistance Dogs Australia is a national charity that trains highly intelligent, specially bred dogs to help people living with disabilities across Australia. These clever pups learn more than 50 specialised skill cues to meet the specific needs of a person living with a disability.
Bowel Cancer Australia is a 100% community-funded national charity committed to championing what matters most to people affected by bowel cancer and determined to have an everlasting impact where no Australian dies from bowel cancer and all those diagnosed receive the support they need.
WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service Inc.) has been rescuing and caring for wildlife for almost 35 years. WIRES has over 3,000 volunteers in 28 NSW branches involved in the rescue and care of wildlife, and we have an all year round dedicated Rescue Office assisting the community to help native animals in distress.
From the very beginning, Redback has recognised the importance of being a responsible corporate citizen and looked for ways to support Australian organisations, community groups and the environment.
By their very nature, our Collaboration and Digital Event services promotes meeting at a distance reducing the environmental impact of corporate travel. We’re also believers in going digital to be more carbon-friendly and giving back to those who support those less fortunate.
We’re dedicated to reducing emissions, pollutants, and waste. Take a walk through our offices and you will even notice our living wall of green plants installed to absorb airborne pollutants. Energy efficient lighting, reduced paper use, controlled heating and AC are all ways for us to do our part.
At Redback, we encourage our employees to volunteer their services to charitable organisations and offer them two days per year to work at a charity of their choice.
Assisting women to return to the workforce, supporting the training of assistance dogs for the blind, mentoring socially isolated young people and volunteering to run community sports programs – these are are just some of the ways the Redback team gives back to the community.
The Redback Charity Spotlight Program
Redback acknowledges and values the contribution the charitable sector makes to Australian and New Zealand society. All registered charities receive a 10% discount on Redback services and have the opportunity to market their services to our highly engaged community via our educational webinar series.
The Redback Charity Spotlight is a regular initiative which allows us to generate exposure and create awareness for charitable groups. Anyone who attends one of our online events or downloads our content is automatically given the chance to vote for one of four nominated charitable organisations.
At the end of each quarter, we tally up the votes and make the following donations on your behalf.
