60 minutes: Dress Rehersal and Site Connection test

Before your Webinar, we conduct a thorough site test to check on your Presenters’ audio, video, lighting, background, and Internet speeds. Presenters are able to run through a Dress Rehersal so that are no suprises on the actual Webinar!

30 minutes: Pre-Event Warm Up

Connect with your Event Producer 30 minutes before going live to smooth out any potential technical issues

60 Minutes: Live Event Facilitation and Presenter Support

Our Event Producer is connected for the entire Webinar to provide your Presenters with whatever technical support they may require. We also facilitate your Event providing a professional Presenter introduction, Audience instructions, moderating live Audience Polling and the Q&A queue then wrapping up with a professional closing message

60 Minutes: Live Event Participant Support

Our Australian Call Centre is available for the duration of your Event, providing live phone support to any Participant having trouble connecting to your Webinar
